As a seasoned property management professional with over a decade of experience in student and multifamily housing, Alexus has led all facets of property operations including leasing, team development, capital projects, and financial performance, while consistently driving occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction. Her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership have resulted in high-performing teams and operational excellence across diverse portfolios.
Beginning her career as a leasing consultant, Alexus quickly advanced through progressively senior roles including Leasing Manager, Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Director. She brings a strong foundation in customer service, marketing, vendor management, and compliance, complemented by a creative approach to campaign development, event planning, and communication strategy. Alexus holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She resides in the beautiful state of Michigan with her husband and daughter.

With over 16 years in property management and 13 years dedicated to student housing, Courtney brings the kind of experience you want when your property or your team needs real results. She holds both the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations, nationally recognized credentials that reflect her deep industry knowledge and commitment to operational excellence.
Her expertise spans onsite operations, corporate leadership, acquisitions, due diligence, and asset management—making her a rare combination of high-level strategist and boots-on-the-ground problem solver. Throughout her career, Courtney has successfully led operational improvements across more than 50 college markets nationwide. She remains deeply committed to helping clients increase performance, strengthen operations, and deliver exceptional resident experiences, no matter the size or complexity of the property.
